Do I need a membership to shop at XROVE?
Yes. You can browse freely, but when you’re ready to place an order, a $20 membership gives you full access to shop. The fee auto-adds at checkout if you’re not already signed in.
Is delivery available?
XROVE is pick-up only. There are no delivery options. You’ll select a pickup date and time at checkout.
Where do I pick up my order?
All orders are available for pickup at our Los Angeles warehouse: 8201 Sorensen Avenue, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670
What if I can’t pick up my order on the scheduled date?
Once your order is ready, you have one week to collect it. After that, a $50/week storage fee applies. Need to reschedule? Just email us at hello@xrove.com — we’ll work with you.
Are returns or warranties available?
All purchases are final sale and sold as-is. No warranties or claims are offered except for concealed damage or missing hardware, which must be reported within 3 days of pickup.
How do I submit a claim for damaged items?
All sales are final with no claims, except for concealed damage or missing parts. Report within 3 days of pickup with photos and your order number to hello@xrove.com. Claims after 3 days won’t be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders canceled within 24 hours incur a 5% processing fee; after 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee applies. Once picked up, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
